my skin is so confused right now

Three days of actual sunshine and my face has completely lost the plot. Still getting dry patches around my nose but then my forehead is suddenly doing... something oily? In March? Honestly I don't understand it. I think the central heating all winter just wrecks the skin barrier and then when the weather shifts even slightly the whole thing goes a bit haywire. To be fair I haven't changed anything major — still taking my collagen every morning, still keeping the routine pretty minimal — but I've noticed I need way less of my heavier moisturiser than I did even two weeks ago. Basically just letting my skin catch up with the season rather than throwing new things at it. That's been my approach anyway.
