Garlic and matcha dip

Garlic and matcha dip

If you love easy recipes, you have to try this fresh cheese spread with roasted garlic and a hint of matcha – you’re going to love it! 💚

Ingredients:

  • 1 and a half heads of garlic
  • 2g of Matcha Original
  • Rosemary to taste
  • 200ml of extra virgin olive oil
  • 300g of fresh cheese

Instructions

Peel the garlic cloves and place them in an ovenproof dish or air fryer basket. Add the rosemary and cover with the extra virgin olive oil. Cook in the air fryer for about 12-15 minutes at 170°C or in the oven for 25 minutes at 170°C.

Once cooled, strain the oil and set it aside.

Place the garlic and rosemary in a food processor along with the fresh cheese and the teaspoon of matcha. Blend until you get a smooth, creamy texture.

Serve in a bowl and enjoy with bread or fresh vegetable sticks.
