yoghurt bowl thing — simpler than it sounds
Right so I've been doing this most mornings this week and it takes about three minutes, which honestly is the main selling point before work.
Just Greek yoghurt, whatever fruit's hanging about (I've been using the last of the plums before they go off, bit tart but canny good), a small handful of oats chucked straight in — not cooked, just dry — and a drizzle of honey. That's it. I know it sounds like nothing but it actually keeps me going til about half eleven which for me is basically a miracle. I used to have two rounds of toast and still be starving by ten. To be fair I think the yoghurt does a lot of the heavy lifting there. I'm not gonna pretend I fully understand why, I just know it works.
