what do you actually eat before training
Right so I've been experimenting with this for ages and I still haven't fully nailed it tbh. Too much and I feel sick halfway through box jumps. Too little and I'm running on fumes by round three.
At the moment I'm doing a banana and a small bowl of oats about 45 mins before. Sometimes I'll have my matcha pre-workout on top of that if it's an early session and I need a bit of a push. Works for me most days, mind you some mornings I just can't stomach anything solid and I wing it.
Curious what everyone else does — like do you actually plan it or just grab whatever's in the kitchen?
