my face has just given up

Honestly the second the heating went on in the house my skin just… cracked. Like overnight. Cheeks are dry, that patch by my nose is back, and I've got that tight feeling after washing my face that I'd forgotten about. Every year I'm surprised by this. Every single year.

at least we're consistent 😅 I always forget how brutal the heating is for skin until it's too late

omega 3s made a noticeable difference for me when the heating came on last winter, worth trying if you're not already
