frozen matcha thing I've been making
Blended frozen banana, a teaspoon of matcha, oat milk, tiny bit of honey. That's it. Comes out like soft serve basically.
I've been having it after evening sessions when it's too late for a proper meal but I'm still a bit wired. Cools me down, doesn't sit heavy. Works for me anyway.
