frozen banana + matcha thing, don't knock it
Right so I had half a frozen banana left from the pancake thing earlier this week and basically just blended it with a scoop of oats, a teaspoon of matcha and some oat milk. That's it. Four ingredients if you count the milk.
It came out thick enough to eat with a spoon which I didn't expect tbh. Archie was screaming from the highchair the whole time I made it so the whole process took maybe three minutes and I genuinely ate the whole thing before he'd finished his banana puffs. To be fair it kept me going until like half eleven which is basically a miracle lately.
